«Human statues» project is based on human statues trend in the modern art.

Human statue is the key element of our project. It is a character with a special designed make-up and ways of mimics and gestures.

These features are the spatiality of the project and that is why it is different from «Human Statues» and «Alive Sculptures»”.

The authors have created a special name for this kind of human statues – «the mechanic toy». The example of gestures oа our dolls can be found in a film «The Three Fat Men». Probably you remember the film.

During the times of the Soviet Union mechanic dolls became extremely popular. They moved in a «not-human» way like robots. In this way the human statues from our project act.
